Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Scholarship, applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree relevant to their proposed graduate program from a recognized University, using English as the medium of instruction in the past 5 years.
• Have graduated with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) at graduation.
• Be citizens and permanent residents of Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Sudan, or Djibouti.
• Youth applicants with disabilities and female applicants with financial difficulty are strongly encouraged to apply.
