To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health
• For undergraduate programs: be a high school graduate under the age of 25
• For master’s programs: be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35
• For doctoral programs: be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40
• Meet academic qualifications, including a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent, and Chinese language proficiency (HSK4)
