Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Have completed the admissions process at Binghamton University.

• Submit scores from English language proficiency tests, with the following score ranges:
  • TOEFL: 80 to 95
  • IELTS: 6.5 to 7.0
  • Duolingo: 110 to 120

Value & Duration of Award:

• Twenty incoming first-year students will receive a scholarship of $10,000 per year for up to four years of study, contingent upon maintaining a specified GPA.
• Five incoming first-year students will receive a scholarship covering the in-state full cost of attendance (approximately $30,000) per year for up to four years of undergraduate study, contingent upon maintaining a specified GPA.

All students are automatically considered for scholarships at Binghamton University. Scholarships are primarily awarded in the form of stipends, with some students also receiving tuition scholarships.
