To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Be enrolled in an accredited RHD course of study at CQUniversity.
• Not be receiving income from another source to support general living costs.
• Meet the eligibility requirements for a Masters by Research or PhD program at CQ University.
• Not be receiving an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth to offset RHD tuition fees.
• Meet the English proficiency requirements of CQ University.
