• Possess a student number or be an undergraduate student at UT.
• Meet the conditions for obtaining an entry visa in the Netherlands (if applicable).
• Meet the general English language proficiency requirements (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90, with an additional 6.0 on the speaking subscore).
• Not be eligible for a Dutch study loan.
• Demonstrate excellence, typically ranking in the top 5 to 10 percent of their class.
