Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end development of web applications and solutions, from conceptualization through to deployment and maintenance.
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly applications using modern front-end frameworks such as Express.js, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Build robust and scalable back-end solutions using Node.js and modern frameworks.
• Development of APIs to integrate seamlessly between different systems and services.
• Implement and maintain efficient database architectures, optimizing data storage, retrieval, and manipulation using modern databases like MongoDB and MySQL.
• Collaboration with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate project requirements into functional applications.
• Lead technical discussions to broaden the knowledge of team members and mentor junior team members in best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of applications.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, recommending their adoption when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with expertise in modern frameworks and databases.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB/DynamoDB or similar NoSQL databases with the ability to optimize queries.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with API design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex issues in front-end and back-end components.
• Proficient in Git and Git workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention-to-detail, with a focus on writing and delivering high-quality and maintainable code.
• A proactive and keen learner staying informed of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
