Job Description/Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• UI/UX Design: Create and refine user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to implement design solutions.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into our design processes.
• Advocate for User-Centered Design: Champion the importance of user-centered design principles within the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) or similar role.
• Proficient in user research methodologies and translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine passion for design and solving user problems.
