Apply For 2024 Jiangsu University CSC Scholarship, China

Jiangsu University CSC Scholarship, sponsored by the Chinese Government Scholarship Program, offers full and partial scholarships to international students and scholars. The program covers exemption from registration, tuition, and accommodation fees, along with a monthly living allowance.

Value & Duration of Award:

  • Exemption from registration, tuition, and accommodation fees.
  • Monthly living allowance:
    • Master’s degree students & general scholars: CNY 3,000 Yuan
    • Doctoral degree students & senior scholars: CNY 3,500 Yuan
    • Scholarship recipients receive their monthly living allowance after registration.

Eligible Countries: International Students

Eligibility:

  • Foreign passport holder, healthy, and compliant with Chinese laws and university regulations.
  • Master’s program applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 40 years old.
  • Doctoral program applicants should hold a master’s degree and be under 45 years old.
  • Language proficiency: TOEFL 550 (IBT 80) or IELTS 5.5, or not required for native English speakers.

How To Apply:

  1. Visit the “CSC Study in China” website and register an account.
  2. Input personal details and select the correct “Program Category” (Type B).
  3. Input the agency number provided by Jiangsu University (Agency Number: 10299).
  4. Complete the application information, including language proficiency and study plan.
  5. Submit the application and download the application form.
  6. Submit the scholarship application under the requirements of the dispatching authorities or application processing agency.

Required Documents:

  1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (in Chinese or English).
  2. Copy of Passport Home Page (validity should meet requirements).
  3. Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts.
  4. Language qualification certificates.
  5. Study plan proposal (written in Chinese or English, containing more than 1,000 characters or words).
  6. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors (in Chinese or English).
  7. Example of art (for majors related to art or design).
  8. Documents of legal guardians in China (for applicants under 18).
  9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English.
  10. Non-criminal record report (issued within 6 months prior to application).
