DIOSETTE CLOTHING is seeking a competitive Sales Representative to engage customers positively, secure purchases, and maximize sales revenue. The role involves selling, restocking, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to drive company growth.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
Recommend products based on customer needs.
Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries.
Inform customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
Demonstrate product features and functionality.
Process payments and package purchases.
Stock merchandise and create attractive displays.
Monitor inventory levels and sales floor activity.
Drive sales through engaging customer interactions.
Conduct suggestive selling and share product information.
Assist with special promotions and oversee deliveries.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
HND/BSc in Business Administration/Marketing or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in a similar sales position.
Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines.
Proficiency in English.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Attentive to customer needs with a focus on satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
Working knowledge of SAP, POS Systems, and inventory management.
Well-groomed with a good sense of dress.
Working Hours: 09:00 am – 07:00 pm Location: Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1 Remuneration: NGN 170,000 – 220,000 Monthly
