Job Summary:

ABNM HR STAFFING SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a compassionate Psychiatrist (Medical Doctor) for its NGO’s Outpatient Center in Abuja. The Psychiatrist will assess patients, diagnose mental disorders, prescribe treatments, and provide ongoing support to manage patients’ mental health.

• Minimum Qualification: MBBS
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 2 years

Psychiatrist Responsibilities:

• Assess patients through interviews, observations, and medical history reviews.
• Accurately diagnose mental disorders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication.
• Consult with medical professionals and psychologists.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress.
• Document patient information and treatment effectiveness.
• Provide emotional support and coping strategies to patients.
• Stay updated on developments in psychiatry and mental health.

Psychiatrist Requirements:

To succeed as a Psychiatrist, candidates should have a strong passion for mental health and excellent communication skills.

• Doctor of Medicine degree.
• Board certification in Psychiatry and state license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence.
• Expert diagnostic skills.
• Residency in Abuja.
• Successful completion of a BACKGROUND CHECK Assessment.
