Job Summary:

Global Accord Services Nig Ltd is seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join their team in Lagos. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conducting market research, collaborating with team members, selecting fabrics and trims, and ensuring products align with the business strategy.

Fashion Designer Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts.
• Ensure products align with the business strategy.
• Select fabrics and trims for designs.
• Create production sketches and development packages.
• Collaborate with technical designers to ensure accuracy of development packages.
• Review products for style and fit during presentations.
• Present story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.

Requirements:

• Ability to do sketches by hand.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Strong sense of style and color.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
