Job Summary:

Vcare Facilities and Services Limited is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee all residential functions, ensuring the safety and functionality of all facilities.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
• Manage equipment and supplies upkeep to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Review utilities consumption and minimize costs where possible.
• Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors.
• Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5 years of working experience.
