Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Inbound Fraud Advisor to join our team. This role offers a competitive pay of £12.85 per hour (£25,057.50 per year) with full-time permanent employment.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with rotational shifts between 7am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

Remote Work Option: Upon completion of training and assessment, there’s potential for remote work from home.

Role Overview:

As an Inbound Fraud Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the Debit Card Fraud operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer calls related to confirmed or suspected fraud on their Debit Card.
• Managing suspected fraudulent transactions by determining their validity and taking appropriate actions.
• Demonstrating attention to detail, investigative skills, and the ability to make informed decisions independently.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent listening skills and proactiveness in addressing customer queries
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations while maintaining professionalism
