Job Summary:

HRonwheels is seeking a talented Content Creator responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content across social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and video content. The role involves creative conception, writing, shooting, and actively performing in videos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content related to the brand, including product demonstrations, tutorials, tips, and trends.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and algorithm updates to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and strategies aligning with the brand’s objectives.
• Develop tactics for growing followers and engagement across social media accounts, meeting ambitious targets.
• Perform confidently on camera, showcasing products, demonstrating routines, and delivering compelling messages.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in meaningful conversations to build a strong community.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with influencers and other content creators to enhance brand awareness on social media platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends and user-generated content for differentiation and innovation.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all social media content aligns with brand values and guidelines.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Experience in social media and content creation.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of TikTok and social media platforms.
• Advanced time management skills.
• Experienced in designing and leading social media campaigns tailored to multiple devices.
