Job Summary:

HRonwheels is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee all on-site operations efficiently and effectively. The Site Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating tasks, ensuring project completion, maintaining safety standards, managing resources, and fostering collaboration.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various project stages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client for on-site matters.

Qualification and Experience:

• A minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management and successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
