About the Position:

Louisiana State University Eunice (LSUE) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor of Developmental Mathematics. This position will be part-time and will involve the development and instruction of course materials for remedial mathematics courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 60% of the role involves developing and instructing course materials for remedial mathematics courses.
  • 35% includes office hours.
  • 5% covers other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Three years of college-level instruction in mathematics.
  • Advanced competencies in teaching effectively, interacting with others (both verbally and in writing), and adhering to university policies and deadlines.
