Responsibilities:

As an Inverter Installer, your key responsibilities include:

• Installation of Inverter, Industrial UPS, solar solutions, and other electronic devices at various sites.
• Ensuring proper troubleshooting and re-installation of Inverters and UPS at various sites.
• Attending to clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring safety at sites for the team and workshops in the office.
• Generating professional safety reports and recommendations for every client.
• Supporting in the preparation, evaluation, interpretation, product design, and detailed specifications of electrical systems.
• Using engineering principles and techniques to execute projects.
• Inspecting and controlling contract drawings for accuracy of dimensions and details.
• Providing preventive/comprehensive maintenance for clients.
• Carrying out site audits before installation.
• Basic monitoring and supervision of ongoing project installations (Inverters, UPS, industrial AVR, solar power, etc.) at various client sites.
• Managing existing clients and developing new business support.
• Carrying out routine checks on client machines as requested.
• Taking full responsibility for dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries, and requests for information.
• Prompt response to RFQs and presentations.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate.

Remuneration:

NGN 150,000 – 180,000
