As a Warehouse Associate in South Boston, you’ll be responsible for overseeing various tasks within a warehouse setting. This includes managing work orders and customer accounts, coordinating the processing of equipment and materials, as well as shipping and receiving packages while maintaining inventories. You’ll also operate a forklift and work under moderate supervision and guidance, ensuring individual results and contributing to the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain an adequate supply of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) and other materials needed for daily operations.
  2. Order materials based on established min/max order points to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  3. Prepare and issue CPE daily to meet installation requirements.
  4. Conduct regular equipment inventory counts and generate necessary reports.
  5. Prepare inventory material requisitions using web-based systems and reports.
  6. Accurately record CPE and inventory transactions in relevant databases, spreadsheets, billing systems, and information management systems.
  7. Process repair orders for CPE and other electronics, including shipment and receipts from vendors, while maintaining appropriate logs.
  8. Handle shipping and receiving duties such as packing, preparing items for shipment, loading/unloading trucks, and documenting received materials.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  10. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Be prepared to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime when necessary.
  11. Possess a valid driver’s license.
  12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
