Job Description/Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Carry Out Surveys for Solar Solution:

• Conduct surveys at customers’ facilities for new equipment or modifications to existing installations.
• Participate in budget preparation and offer recommendations based on survey findings.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary recommendations.

2. Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance on Solar Installation:

• Execute preventive maintenance works at customers’ sites as per PM schedules.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out according to technical specifications, cost-effectively, and reliably.
• Perform minor repair work on components such as PVC, charge controllers, and batteries as needed.

3. Attend to Callouts & Interventions:

• Respond to emergency calls or requests for intervention, executing repair works promptly at customer sites.

4. Execute Service Level Agreements on Solar Installation:

• Conduct scheduled visits to customers based on SLAs, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules and time frames.
• Compile comprehensive lists of required spare parts, consumables, and maintenance items for planned interventions, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.

5. Health, Safety & Environment:

• Adhere to Adeco’s dress code and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including ID badge, at work sites.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment and handle tools appropriately, ensuring they are calibrated and used correctly for every task.

6. Reporting:

• Utilize standard report formats for all activities, including surveys, SLAs, preventive maintenance, and callouts.
• Submit comprehensive and timely reports along with timesheets, duly signed by the customer, and post reports on the Adeco report portal.
