Job Summary:

IOTech Global Hub Limited is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Network IT Administrator. The role involves designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure Management: Design, install, configure, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and various network devices.
• Network Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network configurations for optimal speed and reliability.
• Network Security: Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard network integrity.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve network-related issues promptly, optimizing network configurations for enhanced performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, protocols, and security measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience working as a Network Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security principles.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
