Job Description: Nurse Aide Registry Data Entry

We are working directly with a client in Massachusetts, specifically the Department of Public Health-Health Care Quality located at 67 Forest St. in Marlborough. This is a contract position that is currently set until December 31, 2023, with the possibility of extension.

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for data entry of critical information related to individuals working as Certified Nurse Aides.
• Your tasks will involve entering nurse aide information into the My License Office (MLO) database.
• As a qualified applicant, you should possess data entry experience, including the ability to cut and paste data from CSV files, and the capability to conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• This role will require experience in working with confidential information and utilizing Excel spreadsheets.
• Please note that this is an office-based position, and you will be required to work on-site from Monday through Friday.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with performing quality checks with data entry: A minimum of 6 months of experience in performing quality checks within a data entry role.
• Database/data entry experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in working with databases and performing data entry tasks.
• Working with confidential information: A minimum of 6 months of experience handling confidential information.
• Intermediate knowledge/experience working with Excel: Proficiency in working with Excel is required for this role.
