Job Summary:

Join our Client Services Department as an experienced Legal Advisor. Your primary role will involve offering legal counsel and guidance to clients on a range of sales-related legal matters, including contract negotiations, document support, and comprehensive contract review from Contract of Sale to Handover.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on their purchases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts and legal documents.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients.
• Possess a strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to generate sales leads.
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare newsletters updating clients on project status.

Requirements:

• LLB, BL, International Law & Diplomacy.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a minimum of 4 years in a corporate environment.

Skills:

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
