Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on B2B campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with a business audience.
Social Media Management Expertise:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Demonstrated skill in managing various social media platforms.
Lead Generation in B2B Context:
- Solid experience in generating leads through social media strategies tailored for B2B markets.
- Ability to track and analyze lead generation metrics to refine strategies.
Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Experience in building comprehensive marketing strategies and successfully implementing them.
- Ability to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Understanding of Market Trends:
- Keen understanding of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to leverage trends to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Creative Design Skills:
- Strong creative design skills that align with the company’s vision and branding.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
LinkedIn Proficiency:
- In-depth understanding and experience with LinkedIn as a tool for B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of effective LinkedIn strategies for brand growth and lead generation.
Experience in Product Launches:
- Experience in strategizing and executing social media campaigns for new product launches.
- Ability to create buzz and engagement around new products.
