Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and achieve the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget.
- Ensure ongoing profitability by meeting and exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Set specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Lead the Front Office team to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Conduct department meetings and communicate clear goals consistently.
- Review staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Manage department expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Lead and influence others through interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve knowledge and skills.
- Establish challenging yet achievable goals to guide operations and performance.
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including 1 year as Hotel General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional hospitality certifications are advantageous.
Requirements:
- Proficient in hospitality standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Customer-focused with outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
