Job Summary:

Bridgemead Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Business Analyst. The selected individual will play a crucial role in coordinating project flows, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and ensuring effective communication with both project managers and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Development and documentation of project plans/charts, requirements, resources, and prototypes.
• Collaboration with external stakeholders in conjunction with project and/or product managers.
• Collaboration with the tech team on changes or stakeholder solution requirements.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Effective communication of insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports (BRDs, SRS, and FRDs).
• Ensuring accurate documentation of processes and strict adherence to documented processes.
• Assistance in user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Providing data-driven recommendations to drive business decision-making.
• Participation in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Additional responsibilities may be added based on business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
• Relevant 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to independently make well-informed decisions while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis tools (Excel, PowerBi, Visio, Draw.io, etc.).
